My Elevated Photography service enables me to work in built up areas where flying a UAV would be dangerous and illegal. I use a 42 foot photographic mast with an 18mp camera secured to the top.

Legionella Risk Assessments
All Rented properties now legally require a Legionella Assessment. This is a service that I offer either as a stand alone survey or I can combine with my other services at a discounted rate.
Energy Performance Certificates
Since 2008 all properties being sold or rented have to have an EPC. I survey the property enabling me to rate it for its energy efficiency. At the same time the floorplans are drawn electronically and photos taken if required.
