Energy Performance Certificates
We have been providing EPC’s since their introduction back in 2007. The idea of an EPC is to rate a property on a scale from A (the best) to G (the worst). This is based on The date and type of construction, insulation levels in the roof, walls and floors, heating systems, heating controls, hot water systems, windows – pretty much all aspects of the property.
Drone Surveys & Roof Inspections
I have been commercially rated as a drone operator since 2016 and use a fleet of different drones to carry out different aspects of photography. One of my main specialities is roof inspections of houses, commercial units and factories. I am employed by a number of Chartered Surveyors across the South East & London to inspect difficult to reach areas where problems can be hidden.

Thermography
I am a Category 1 Thermographer using infra-red cameras to look for building defects including damp, leaks and insulation problems. These surveys are particularly useful if you have a cold home and need advice on how to cut your fuel bills.
Legionella Testing
Legionella or Legionaires Disease is a repiratory Legionnaires’ disease is a serious type of pneumonia you get when Legionella bacteria infect your lungs.

I have worked in the Property Industry for over 35 years now and can offer a wide range of services and advice when it comes to moving home.
I fly the latest technology incorporating a 4k camera system. Safety is paramount when it comes to aerial work so my UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) has built in GPS which enables it to fly back home to its take off position, land and switch off its motors all automatically with no input from myself. The controller receives a direct feed from the camera so we can see exactly what we want to photograph as well as full telemetry information such as airspeed and altitude. I am fully qualified and licensed by the Civil Aviation Authority and fully insured for aerial work.
